Is it really leakproof?
Yes. The seal is a patented, pressure-tolerant design built for altitude changes.
Does the dip tube fit both sizes?
Yes. A spring-like dip tube compresses and expands to fit the full height of a Large Capsule or shrink to fit a Medium Capsule, so the same pump works across your System.
Is the Pump compatible with my Capsules?
The Pump is compatible with Medium and Large Capsules but not with The Small Capsule or The Original Capsules
What liquids work with my pump?
The Pump works with all pumpable liquids like sunscreen, lotion, conditioner, and body wash. Regardless of the pumpable liquid used it pumps 5cc’s.
How tall is the Capsule with the Pump add-on?
A Medium Capsule with a Pump add-on is the size of a Large Capsule, and a Large Capsule with a Pump add-one becomes the size of an XL Capsule (A Large Capsule + Extender).
How to use The Pump on a Capsule.
- To remove the pump from the Capsule, keep the magnetic cap on, and unscrew the body.
- Fill Capsule with desired liquid, then screw pump collar back onto Capsule.
- Lift magnetic cap vertically to reveal pump head.
- While holding the base, twist the pump collar to deploy the pump and begin use.
- To lock the pump, twist the collar again to retract the pump, and replace the pump cap.
Does The Pump include The Capsule base?
The Pump is compatible with our Medium and Large Capsules. You can purchase The Pump separately or as a complete set with The Pump Capsule in Medium or Large.
Tile compatibility
The Pump Tile is the same Tile available for The Capsule System and can be customized with labels or icons.
How do I clean my pump?
Pump warm water through it to rinse between products.
How many Pump Capsules fit in a Parcel?
- Small Parcel: 1 Medium Pump Capsule or 1 Large Pump Capsule
- Medium Parcel: 3 Medium Pump Capsules or 2 Large Pump Capsules
