Cadence Studio is the loyalty program offered by Cadence, providing exclusive benefits and rewards to our community. Cadence Studio offers three membership levels:

• INSIDER: The general tier that automatically unlocks free shipping on US ground orders $65+ (excludes non-US based customers), an entry gift, and gift on your birthday. Join by signing up with your email or by making a purchase to automatically be added to the loyalty program.
  
• ADVISOR: Achieve ADVISOR status by meeting specific purchase thresholds in a calendar year, which unlocks enhanced benefits including first access to exclusive launches and limited drops, free shipping on US ground orders $35+ (excludes non-US based customers), and an enhanced entry gift and birthday gift.
  
• INNOVATOR: Achieve INNOVATOR status by meeting specific purchase thresholds in a calendar year, which unlocks enhanced benefits including 48-hr early access to exclusive launches and limited drops, free shipping on all US ground orders (excludes non-US based customers), free Tile & Parcel customization, and an enhanced entry gift and birthday gift.

Customers can qualify for ADVISOR status by spending $350+ per year and can qualify for INNOVATOR status by spending $1000+ per year. *All spend is calculated in US dollars and Membership Tiers are reset every 365 days.

Yes, all Cadence Studio loyalty points expire 365 days after they are earned.

You can access your points from your Cadence Studio Dashboard or directly at checkout if you are logged into your account.
