The Pour Adapter

Q: What products work best for the pour adapter?
Use for viscous products like shampoo, cleansers or body wash

Q: How do I use the Pour Adapter?A: Tilt toward the side with the opening to pour thick products like shampoo.

Q: How can I prevent drips when pouring?
Rotate the capsule as you finish pouring so the opening is no longer the lowest point, stopping the flow before the capsule is fully upright.

Q: How do I remove the Pour Adapter?
Insert a finger into the large opening, hook it underneath, and pull to remove.

The Drip Adapter

Q: What products work best for the drip adapter?
Ideal for oils. Invert to dispense. A small shake may help flow.

Q: How do I use the Drip Adapter?
Invert the capsule to dispense oil. If nothing flows, give it a small tap or shake.

Q: What if the adapter is difficult to remove?
Pinch the central nozzle tip where you feel two ridges, then pull gently. Oily surfaces can make this tricky, so avoid pressing the adapter too hard when installing.

The Splash Adapter

Q: What products work best for the splash adapter?
Best for toners and watery products. Use with cotton pads

Q: How do I use the Splash Adapter?
Place a cotton pad on top, invert the capsule, and allow the product to soak in.

Q: Can I shake the capsule to dispense product?
We don’t recommend shaking, as soapy or foamy liquids can create bubbles that impede flow.

Q: How do I remove the Splash Adapter?
Hook a finger under the outer edge “shelf” and pull upwards.

Are Adapters compatible with all capsule sizes?

The Adapters are compatible with Mediums, Larges, and Extenders. They do not fit Small or Original Capsules.
