Cadence × Jones Road Beauty Giveaway Terms and Conditions
SponsorThe Giveaway is sponsored by Cadence (“Keep Your Cadence”) and Jones Road Beauty (collectively, “Sponsors”). This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
EligibilityOpen only to legal residents of the continental United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and possessions, and where prohibited or restricted by law. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
Entry PeriodThe Giveaway begins on November 12, 2025 at 12:00 AM ET and ends on November 14, 2025 at 11:59 PM ET (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period are not eligible.
How to EnterDuring the Promotion Period:
- Follow @keepyourcadence and @jonesroadbeauty on Instagram.
- Comment on the Giveaway post tagging two (2) friends and tell us where you’re traveling this holiday season.
Each eligible comment counts as one (1) entry. You may enter multiple times, but each entry must tag different friends. Automated, scripted, or bulk entries are prohibited and will be void. Your account must be public at the time of winner verification.PrizeOne (1) winner will receive the following:

Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $935. Prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and may not be substituted except at Sponsors’ sole discretion. Gift cards are subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions. Shade-matching session (virtual or in-store) subject to availability and scheduling. Product shades/styles subject to availability. All taxes and any other costs not specifically stated are the winner’s responsibility. If required by law, winner may be asked to complete tax forms.
Winner Selection & NotificationWithin five (5) days after the Promotion Period ends, Sponsors will select one (1) potential winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram Direct Message from @keepyourcadence. The potential winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to complete and return eligibility, liability, and, where lawful, publicity releases. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or fails to complete required documents, an alternate winner may be selected.
General ConditionsBy entering, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Terms, and to cancel, modify, or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.PrivacyInformation collected from entrants will be used solely to administer the Giveaway and contact the winner, and otherwise handled in accordance with Cadence’s and Jones Road Beauty’s respective privacy policies.
PublicityWhere permitted by law, acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Sponsors to use winner’s name, social handle, likeness, city/state, and entry content for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation or notice.
Release & Limitation of LiabilityBy participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Instagram, Sponsors, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property.

Governing Law & DisputesSubject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, NY.
