The presale period will begin on June 26, 2024 and end on July 2, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST, unless extended or shortened at the discretion of Keep Your Cadence. Estimated delivery dates for presale items are December 2024, subject to change based on production schedules and shipping availability. Keep Your Cadence will notify customers of any significant changes to delivery dates. Presale items are eligible for cancellations and a refund in the form of store credit only up until November 30, 2024. After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. Upon receipt of presale items, Keep Your Cadence's return policy will apply. Changes to presale orders (e.g. address changes) can be made by contacting Keep Your Cadence Customer Experience prior to November 30, 2024. Any promotional offers or discounts applicable to presale items will be outlined on the product page. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion start date. Upon cancellation of a presale order, any related promotional offers or discounts will be removed. Customers will receive updates regarding their presale order via email.
