We’re a private small business that designs everything in-house in Brooklyn, NY.

Our small-batch production runs in Canada often lead to quick sell-outs, sometimes leaving some community members without a chance to buy. By making things to order, we can better meet demand and ensure everyone gets the designs they want.

Our Spatula makes transferring products hygienic and easy. It’s a seamlessly covered piece of steel that magnetically connects to our Capsule System with its optional magnetic case. The case's innovative hingeless design doubles as a tray when stationary and a hygienic case on the go. Estimated to ship end of December.

How does the Spatula/Case pre-order work?

The Cadence community is full of fellow innovators, dreamers, and design conscious creators - and for the first time ever we are inviting you to be a part of the innovation process with us.

The spatula has been in the works for over two years and has been one of the most consistent product requests we get. The team has gone through countless prototypes and now that we are in the final stages of bringing it to life, we wanted to let you in on the exciting news.

From day one, sustainability has always remained top of mind and has played a role in how we manufacture - we never want to over produce a product. Because we have been selling out of new products faster than ever before, we want to make sure that we not only stay committed to that core promise, but also make sure that we produce enough for our dedicated community.

By placing a presale order for the spatula now: you will secure your product before anyone else, have the opportunity to decide on design choices like color (and even help us name the product!), and get exclusive, behind the scenes updates of everything happening in real time before the product is even finalized, manufactured, and shipped to you in December.

We are so excited to have you here and cannot wait to cross the finish line with you by our side.

How will I be getting updates on the status of the spatula and case?

After you place a preorder of the spatula or spatula + case, you will have the option to opt into monthly email + status updates via text or email. In these updates, you may also come across a survey or two if you would like to help with some final decisions. If for any reason you prefer not to receive these updates after opting in, you can connect with our team here to opt out.

How do I get my free shipping code?

You will receive an email and/or text with your free US standard shipping code after you place your spatula or spatula + case preorder.

*This code must be applied at checkout in the promo/discount box and can be used as many times as you would like through 12/31/24.

Can I change the address on my presale order?

If you need to change the address on the shipment of the spatula (est. shipping - December 2024), you can connect with our team here until 11/30/2024 and we can get that adjusted for you.

Can I cancel my presale order?

Presale items are eligible for cancellations for store credit only up until November 30, 2024. Upon receipt of presale items, presale items can be returned for store credit within 30 days of the delivery date. If you need to cancel for any reason, you can reach out to our team here.

Can I use the Spatula with my Original Capsules?

The spatula + case will work with both generations of Capsules, The Flex System and The Originals.

Terms & Conditions:

The presale period will begin on June 26, 2024 and end on July 2, 2024 at 12:00 AM PST, unless extended or shortened at the discretion of Keep Your Cadence. Estimated delivery dates for presale items are December 2024, subject to change based on production schedules and shipping availability. Keep Your Cadence will notify customers of any significant changes to delivery dates. Presale items are eligible for cancellations and a refund in the form of store credit only up until November 30, 2024. After this period, cancellations and refunds will not be accepted. Upon receipt of presale items, Keep Your Cadence's return policy will apply. Changes to presale orders (e.g. address changes) can be made by contacting Keep Your Cadence Customer Experience prior to November 30, 2024. Any promotional offers or discounts applicable to presale items will be outlined on the product page. Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to orders placed before the promotion start date. Upon cancellation of a presale order, any related promotional offers or discounts will be removed. Customers will receive updates regarding their presale order via email. Please ensure you are subscribed to marketing communications at checkout to receive timely updates.
