Yes — the entire Cadence Capsule System is 100% TSA-compliant. You can travel with them in both your carry-on and checked bag. TSA’s liquid limit is 3.4 fl oz, and each Capsule is well below that:

• Small: 0.56 fl oz
• Medium: 1.32 fl oz
• Large: 2.75 fl oz

Tip: Each Capsule has its volume clearly marked on the side, so it’s easy for TSA to confirm at a glance. On very rare occasions, the magnetic connection may flag a scan — simply place your Capsules in a separate tray (like your laptop) to make screening fast and smooth.

Silicones are great for other uses, but not for holding your personal care products. Because the material is porous, these bottles can leech your product into its material both compromising the efficacy and leaving you with less product, aren't UV protective, and often get crushed or leak in your bag.

The Capsules are chemically resistant, durable, BPA and PFA-free, non-leaching, and intentionally designed for durability. We designed a threaded twist-on cap that requires two and a half rotations to ensure your Capsule will never accidentally open in your bag. As a second layer of protection, we added in an industrial seal to ensure not even flight air pressure would impact your product. Third, our Capsules are double walled creating enough exterior strength so that no amount of tossing and turning in your luggage can break it - and unlike silicone our material is not porous so there is no chance of product being absorbed into the walls.

No, they will not impact technology. Your credit cards, computers, and phones are safe next to the magnets in the Capsules.

We designed each Capsule to have the smallest possible footprint while still holding more than you’d expect. The rounded shape maximizes interior space, so every Capsule is surprisingly roomy – and more space-efficient than traditional bottles or jars.

The Small: About the size of a large macaron. It looks tiny, but holds over a week’s worth of skincare or daily vitamins. Perfect for serums, eye cream, or supplements.

The Medium: About the size of a lemon. Designed for your everyday essentials like shampoo, conditioner, or cleanser. Compact enough for carry-on, roomy enough for multiple uses.

The Large: About the size of a salt shaker. Best for products you use a lot of, like body lotion or SPF.

Tip: The large is made up of a Medium + Extender, so you can deconstruct it whenever you want a smaller size.

All Cadence Capsules are free from PFAs, BPAs, are non-leaching, UV-protective, and can be filled with any product – even your oils. Many silicone or other traditional travel-sized bottles are porous and can absorb your oils and serums into the material of the bottle, which we made sure was a non-starter here.

The Capsule System feels sturdy in your hand — intentionally so. The solid weight comes from the magnetic connection and thick, protective walls that prevent leaks, pressure changes, and cracks.

Cleaning your Capsules is fast, easy, and designed right into the system. Each Capsule’s interior has no sharp corners or straight edges, so nothing gets trapped — making rinsing and drying effortless.

Steps

1. Remove the Tile(s) — press down on one edge until the opposite end lifts up.
2. Twist off the cap.
3. Clean — add a drop of gentle cleanser or mild soap, swirl with warm water, and use your finger to remove any remaining product.
4. Dry — lay out on a towel and allow to air dry completely.

Tip: For an even easier clean, use our Cadence Spatula to remove any leftover product before washing.

The shelf life and expiration date of your products remain the same when stored in your Capsules. Each Capsule is made from the same high-grade, product-safe material used by top beauty and personal care brands — only thicker and more durable to protect your formulas from leaks, air exposure, and temperature changes.

Tip: You can safely keep them on your bathroom shelf, in your bag, or even in your car — just follow the original product’s expiration date. The only exceptions are highly concentrated formulas, such as pure essential oils. In this case we recommend you don’t leave for over 1+ months.

Most products can be scooped or poured out of your Capsules. We recommend pouring liquids, scooping creams, and placing a cotton pad on top and flipping it over for toner. The Capsules are designed with wide openings and rounded interiors so you can always get that last drop.

Tip: For even smoother use, try our Cadence Spatula or Adapters, made to connect directly to your favorite bottles and make filling your system effortless.

Cadence Capsules are built to outlast everything else in your bag. While most containers on the market can only withstand about 12 PSI of air pressure, Cadence is engineered to hold up to 16 PSI – making it one of the only travel systems that stays sealed through altitude changes, drops, and crushed suitcases. Companies can only be certified for either ocean-bound plastic OR food-safe, even if you qualify for both. We can't tell you that we recommend storing cheerios in your Capsules, but our team loves using them for storing mid-hike snacks. You decide what's best for you.

On rare occasions, you may notice a bit of product separation when storing formulas that contain iron oxides – a pigment ingredient that includes trace amounts of naturally occurring metals.

Why this happens

Iron oxides are commonly used in makeup products to create color. When these ingredients come into contact with anything magnetic (like your Capsule’s magnetic system), the metal particles can temporarily separate from the rest of the formula.

Tip

Simply gently shake your Capsule to remix the formula – this restores the product to its normal texture and color.

Our system of bags are designed to have dual functionality – a tray when open and connected to one another, and dopp kit when closed. The zipper-less and magnetic design ensures 100% secure travel, quality construction, and visibility.

Construction:

There are no stitches, zips, buckles, or moving parts that can break. The Parcel has been carefully designed to minimize seams, nooks and crannies. It has been designed to maximize space, visibility, hygiene and simplicity of use.

Systemize:

Multiple Parcels can be positioned side-by-side and connect magnetically to one another, allowing the user to extend their system to support their organizational needs.

Opening:

The Parcel is able to be opened with a quick and easy hand gesture, no fumbling with snaps, buttons and zips.

Closure:

The magnets self-locate and shut the bag securely. Everyday Clean:

1. Rinse with warm water and a drop of mild soap (baby shampoo works great).

Deep Refresh:

1. Turn your Parcel inside out for full access.
2. Wash with warm water and Castile soap, gently wiping all surfaces.
3. Rinse well and dry completely before using again.

Tips:

• Avoid bleach, alcohol, or abrasive cleaners, which can dull or fog the surface.
• Always hand wash only. Parcels are not dishwasher or machine washable.
• For embroidered straps: remove and spot clean separately with mild soap and water, then air dry.
