How long does shipping take?

Standard: arrives in 8-10 business days.
2-day: arrives in 2 business days if placed before 12pm EST.

We fulfill all orders in-house, including printing all custom labels so that we can ensure quality and accuracy. Orders containing custom labels require an additional 24-48 hours of processing.

How much does shipping cost?

Standard: free for all domestic orders over $65. $4 for all domestic orders under $65.
Expedited: $15 for all domestic orders.
Overnight: calculated based on weight of shipment.
International (Including CA/MX): calculated based on weight of shipment and duties.

How big is the Capsule?

Each Capsule is approximately 1.8" tall and 1.5" wide, slightly smaller than an average lime. Each Capsule holds 0.56oz. You can comfortably fit up to 15 Capsules in a quart-sized bag.

How much of my product will fit into a Capsule?

We often hear it holds more than you think. On average, you can fit up to nine standard supplements, fourteen uses of cleanser, seven uses of toner, and fourteen uses of face moisturizer. Each Capsule holds 0.56oz. Check out our Capsule Capacity Calculator to learn more.

How do I get my product out of the Capsule?

Most products can be scooped or poured. We recommend pouring liquids, scooping creams, and placing a cotton pad on top and flipping it over for toner. We designed the capsules with wide openings and rounded interiors so you can always get that last drop. See video for a tutorial.

Are the Capsules TSA-compliant?

Yes, the Capsules are TSA-compliant and can be brought via carry-on as well as checked bag. They hold 0.56 fluid ounces (for reference, TSA’s limit is 3.4 fl oz). The amount is also indicated on the outside of the capsule should TSA need to confirm. Plus, you can fit up to 15 Capsules in a clear quart-sized bag, so you don't have to leave any steps of your routine behind. When going through security, make sure you place your clear bag in a separate tray (like you would with your laptop).

At Cadence, we believe in designing for the future. This means making decisions that benefit our planet, like creating our innovative material blend for the capsules. 20% recycled ocean-bound plastic is combined with leftover material from our manufacturing process so that we're not creating additional waste – meaning that each capsule is comprised of 50% recycled material.
